SPC Wins Outstanding Establishment Certificate

“Saha Pathanapibul” wins the Outstanding Establishment Award for Labour Relations and Welfare 2025. “Saha Pathanapibul” or SPC, Thailand’s leading consumer goods distributor that has operated alongside Thai people for over 83 years, received the “Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award 2025 (Provincial Level)” from the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour. The company continues to move forward in creating a good quality of life for employees alongside sustainable growth.


“Saha Pathanapibul” Achieves 5-Star “Excellent” CGR Rating

A point of pride in 2025: receiving a 5-star or “Excellent” rating in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) for the 3rd consecutive year from the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD). This reinforces the company’s commitment to conducting business with transparency, fairness, and responsibility toward all stakeholders. Additionally, the company achieved a full score of 100 points (5 medals) for the 4th consecutive year in the AGM Checklist (Annual General Meeting quality assessment of listed companies). This reflects high management standards in transparency, information disclosure, and prioritization of shareholder rights. These successes result from the company's focus on Good Corporate Governance as the foundation for driving a sustainable organization under ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) guidelines to create shared value with society and the environment in the long term.

Saha Pathanapibul Public Company Limited (SPC), Thailand’s leading consumer goods distributor, revealed that the company has been assigned an “A” level in the SET ESG Ratings 2025 by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). This reflects environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance that meets the standard criteria of the Thai capital market. This year, a total of 265 listed companies passed the selection criteria, and SPC is one of the companies ranked. “Receiving the Level A SET ESG Rating from the Stock Exchange of Thailand this time reflects Saha Pathanapibul’s intention to operate business alongside social and environmental responsibility and good corporate governance, to build confidence for investors and grow steadily in the long term.”


“Top 50 Companies in Thailand 2025” – Ranked 27th: Most Desired Workplace Among Young People

Saha Pathanapibul Public Company Limited was ranked 27th in the “Top 50 Companies in Thailand 2025” list of most desired workplaces for the younger generation.

This marks the company’s third consecutive year receiving this award, with its ranking steadily improving.

The ranking was compiled through an online survey of 12,559 respondents, aged 22–35, all holding at least a bachelor’s degree, and residing in Bangkok and surrounding metropolitan areas. Gender was not a limiting factor. The survey took place over three months (October – December 2024).

Respondents were asked to identify organizations with outstanding employer branding and top-of-mind recognition, as well as factors that attract and satisfy young professionals.

Saha Pathanapibul Public Company Limited received a Plaque of Recognition from the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) for its support of FTI activities in 2025.
